Process

How a public listing should work

01

Review internally

Collect screenshots, timestamps, or moderation notes before adding a user or group to the public site.

02

Use a clear category

Choose the reason that best matches the case so site visitors can understand why the entry exists.

03

Keep records current

Update status and dates whenever a case changes so the public list stays accurate over time.
